2 - 8oz package of cream cheese
2 - large cans of chicken (drained) or leftover chicken shredded
1/2 medium sized white onion diced
1 package of large tortillas

Combine chicken, cream cheese, and diced onions in a large bowl. Spread cream cheese mix in a thin layer on tortilla and roll tortilla. Continue spreading on tortillas until mixture and tortillas are gone. Put the rolled tortillas on a plate and set in refridgerator for an hour to set. Cut tortilla rolls 1 inch apart. (You should get about 8-10 pinwheels per roll.) Set on the plate and serve.
