Glorified Cabbage

1 medium cabbage
2 medium onions, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
bread crumbs
1/2 pint cream
3 stalks celery, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 lb Velveeta, cubed
1 stick butter
chopped parsley
salt and pepper to taste
Parboil cabbage until tender. Renove from pan, drain and chop finely.
Melt butter in skillet, add onion, celery and bell pepper and cook until veggies are soft. Add cabbage and smother. When cabbage is well done, add velveeta and the cream and stir until cheese has melted. Remove from heat, add garlic, parsley, salt and pepper. Stir well, then add just enough bread crumbs until proper casserole consistency...about a cup.
Place in a casserole or a 13"x9" pan, sprinle with bread crums, and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
