Beef Burgandy

1 pkg. brown gravy mix
1/2 cup burgandy wine
1/2 cup water or beef broth
small can tomato paste
small can tomato sauce
fresh sliced mushrooms
cubed beef, coated in flour & pan seared
small pkg baby carrots
2 cloves garlic, minced
fettucini noodles


Place carrots, mushrooms and pan seared, floured beef cubes in crock pot.

In large bowl mix gravy mix, tomato paste, tomato sauce, burgandy, water (or beef broth) and garlic. Pour over crockpot ingredients.

Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.

Serve over fettucini noodles.
