Chocolate Raspberry Cobbler Cake
Ingredients:
1-1/2 sticks of butter
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
1-1/2 cups milk
1 tsp vanilla
1-1/2 cups brown sugar
4 cups of raspberries
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chunks
Melt the butter in a 13x9" pan.
Combine the flour, baking powder, salt, milk, vanilla and brown sugar. Pour 1/2 into the buttered pan.
Add 3 cups of raspberries and chocolate chunks. Add the rest of the batter and top with the remaining raspberries.
Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes.
