Ingredients

2 (14.5-ounce) cans fire-roasted diced tomatoes with green chiles, undrained (such as Muir Glen)
1 cup finely chopped celery
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (such as Tabasco)

Preparation
Drain 1 can tomatoes. Combine drained tomatoes, undrained tomatoes, and remaining ingredients; cover and chill salsa at least 30 minutes before serving.
