Santa Maria-Style Salsa Recipe

3 1/2 cups

3 medium fresh tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
1/2 cup green onion, chopped
1/2 sweet onion, chopped
2-3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup fresh california green chilies, finely chopped
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2-3 dashes worcestershire sauce
1 pinch dried oregano, crushed
3 drops hot pepper sauce
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Cover and let stand for one hour to blend flavors.
