INGREDIENTS
veg:oil 2Tbsp
Mastered seed black 1/4tsp
Asafoetida 1/2 tsp
curry leaves 5-6
Chicken Brest cubs 400gm
Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
Turmeric " 1/4 tsp
cumin " "
Salt to taste
Chili powder 1/4 tsp
Coconut cream 150 ml
Fresh yogurt 75 ml
Ginger&Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
Fresh coriander " 1 tbsp
Sugar(option) 1 tbsp
METHOD
(1) Heat the oil in a pan or wok and add the mustard seed,ginger garlic,Asafoetida and curry leaves and fry for a minute stirring continuously.until well combined and aromatic
(2)Add the chicken fry 5minutes.add sugar,cumin,coriander,turmeric,salt and chili powder and continue mix 4 minute
(3)Mix the coconut cream and yogurt and pour the mixture in to the pan .stirring continuously.cook for 3 minute and then add the fresh coriander.Ready to serve
