Fish(Salmon.Jew fish or Helsa) 300 gm
Kashmir chillies 18-10
Turmeric 1/4 tsp
Coriander seed 1 dsp
Coconut (fresh) 1/2
Tamarind walnut size
Dry mango pieces 2-3
Salt to taste
Method:
(1)Clean and slice fish.apply salt and set aside for an hour.(2)Grind together the Kashmir chillies(seed removed)turmeric,coriander seed and grated coconut(3)When half done,add tamarind and grind to a fine past(4)mix ground ingredients with sufficient water to cook fish and leave a gravy(5)Add dry mango pieces,Bring to boil(6)When it starts boiling,Add fish and simmer till fish is Cooke .Serve with rice enjoy
