One lb linguine cooked, drained
One can of water packed artichokes
One can of black olives
Asiago cheese grated
One can of fire roasted tomatoes

Saute together until translucent and soft:
One T of chopped garlic
One medium onion chopped fine
1/2 green pepper (optional)

Add fire roasted tomatoes and cook 5 minutes
Add shrimp if desired
Add 1 can of sliced black olives drained.
Add the drained, chopped artichokes

Simmer until thoroughly heated.
Serve over noodles
Top with freshly grated asiago cheese
