1 tube refrigerated crescent rolls .1/4 cup spresdable chive and onion cream cheese. 4 thin slices deli ham.4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves cooked. 4 slices swiss cheese. on an ungreased baking sheet, seperate dough into four rectangles;seal perforations. Spread 1 tbls. cream cheese lengthwise down the center of each rectangle.Place ham widthwise over the dough.Arrange chicken in center in center of eacg rectangle.wrap ham around chicken.At each long end,pinch the dough together,forming points.Bake at 375* for 15min.Top with slice of swiss cheese;bake 5 min. longer or until cheese is melted and pastry is golden brown. I bought 2# tubes of crescent rolls.I baked the chicken first.I made this yesterday and my famialy loved it.
