Makes 12 pretzels
2 cup all purpose flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 pkg fast rising dry yeast
3/4 tsp salt
1 1/4 cup water
2 Tbsp honey
1 cup all purpose flour
1 egg
1 Tbsp water
2 Tbsp sesame seed
Combine 2 cups all purpose flour, whole wheat flour, yeast and salt in mixer bowl. Heat water and honey in saucepan to 125-130 F. Add to dry ingredients; mix well. Add enough remaining 1 cup all purpose flour to make soft dough. Knead of floured surface for 5-7 minutes or until smooth and elastic. Divide into 12 portions. Roll each portion into rope on floured surface; shape into pretzel. Place on greased baking sheets. Brush with mixture of sesame seed. Bake at 425 F for 15-20 minutes or until brown. Serve with mustard.
