1/2 cup salad dressing
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp prepared mustard
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
4 chicken breast fillets
2/3 cup crushed cornflakes
Combine first 4 ingredients in bowl; mix well. Reserve 1/3 cup for use as dipping sauce. Rinse chicken and pat dry. Brush both sides with sauce. Place on lightly greased baking sheet. Sprinkle with cornflake crumbs. Bake at 400 F for 20 minutes. Serve with reserved sauce.
