1 (3 oz) can of tuna, drained
1 Tbsp low fat mayo
1/2 tsp mustard
1/8 tsp of pepper
1 Tbsp of pepperoni's diced
1 Tbsp of dill relish
8 whole wheat crackers or cracker of your choice
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Eat with Whole wheat crackers. top cracker with small amount of tuna mixture for a light and flavorful lunch.
