1 lb ground beef
2 lb Velveeta cheese
8 oz. cream cheese
1 (20 oz) can chili without beans
1 (4 oz) can chopped mild green peppers, drained
Milk

Brown ground beef in skillet; stirring until crumbly; drain. Set aside.
Melt Velveeta cheese in Crock-Pot. Add chili, green peppers and milk to ground beef. Heat to serving temperature, stirring occasionally to mix well. Thin with a small amount of milk as needed for desired consistency. Serve warm with crackers.
