1 cup sugar
1 cup water
2 Tbsp corn syrup
1 large box lemon jello
1 tsp red food coloring
2 cups fresh strawberries
whipped cream
baked pie shell
Boil sugar, water and syrup until thick and clear. Add 1 large box lemon jello and 1 tsp red food coloring. When room temperature add 2 cups fresh pre-washed strawberries. Put in baked shell. Serve with whipped cream on top.
