2 cups sugar
1 Tbsp all purpose flour
1 Tbsp cornmeal
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup melted butter or margarine
1/4 cup lemon juice
grated rind of 2 lemons
1/4 cup milk
4 eggs
1 unbaked 9 inch pastry shell

Combine sugar, flour, cornmeal and salt. Add butter, lemon juice, lemon rind and milk; mix well. Add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition. Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 350 F for 50 minutes.
