Serves 8

4 egg whites
3/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup white corn syrup
1 stick melted butter
1 cup chocolate chips
1 Tbsp flour
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup pecans
9 inch unbaked pie shell

Melt butter. Beat eggs and mix with other ingredients. Bake in 9 inch pie shell at 350 F for about 45 minutes. A small amount of bourbon or rum may be added to taste.
