1 1/2 lb lean ground beef
1 onion, finely chopped
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 (8 oz) cans tomato sauce
3 Tbsp brown sugar
2 Tbsp prepared mustard
1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs
1 egg
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cup water
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
3 Tbsp sugar

Lightly mix beef, crumbs, onion, egg, salt, pepper and 1/2 can tomato sauce. Shape into a loaf in shallow pan. Combine remaining tomato sauce with other ingredients. Pour over loaf. Bake at 350 F for 1 1/2 hours. Baste loaf several times during baking time.
