1 cup cooking oil
2/3 cup water
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
few drops hot pepper sauce
1 Tbsp lemon pepper
2 lbs flank steak

Combine first 6 ingredients in blender. Pound steak until 1/4 inch. Cut 8-10, 2 inch strips. Marinate strips in shallow dish, refrigerate several hours, turning steak occasionally. Drain; reserve marinade. Loosely roll each strip around tomato, mushroom or onion forming pinwheel. Grill over coals 20-25 minutes. Baste with marinade.
