1 large pkg frozen mixed vegetables
1 cup cheese, grated
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup chopped celery
1 medium chopped onion
1 stick oleo
1 tube crackers, crumbled (not too fine)

Cook vegetables according to directions til just barely tender. Pour drained vegetables in 2 quart casserole. Mix onion, celery, cheese, mayonnaise, spread over. Melt oleo, mix in crackers; sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes.
