Serves 6

10 3/4 oz can cream of celery soup
1/2 cup milk
pepper to taste
2 potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 onion, sliced
2 cup cooked ham, diced
2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Combine soup, milk and pepper in an ungreased 8x8" baking pan. Layer potatoes, onion and ham over top. Bake, covered, at 375 F for 1 hour. Sprinkle with cheese and bake, uncovered for an additional 20 minutes.
