2 Tbsp slivered almonds
1 1/2 cups frozen mixed berries
1 whole wheat bread slice, chopped
3 1/2 oz vanilla pudding snack cup
Put the almonds into the frying pan. Heat them on medium for 3-5 minutes, stirring often, until golden. Transfer the almonds to the plate. Cool.
Put the berries into a bowl. Microwave, covered, on high for 1 1/2 minutes. Put 1/3 of the bread into the glass. Spoon 1/3 of the berries with the juice on top of the bread. Spoon 1/3 of the pudding on top of the berries. Repeat 2 more times until the berries, bread and pudding are layered in the glass. Sprinkle with the almonds.
