1 (9 inch) flour tortilla
1/2 cup canned baked beans in tomato sauce
1/4 cup grated medium Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped cooked roast beef
Place the tortilla on the plate. Spread the beans evenly on the tortilla almost to the edge.
Scatter the cheese and beef on top of the beans. Fold the sides over the filling. Roll up tightly from the bottom to trap the beans. Microwave, uncovered, on high for about 1 minutes until hot.
