Prep Time:       Cook Time:       Total Time:

Serves 1

1 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp unpopped popcorn
1/8 tsp cooking oil
1/2 tsp seasoned salt

Put the butter into a cup. Microwave, covered, on high for about 10 seconds until melted. Set aside.
Put the corn into the small bowl. Add the cooking oil. Stir until coated. Transfer the corn into a paper bag. Close the bag by making 2 tight folds, about 1/2 inch each, at the top of the bag. Microwave, folded side down, on high for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes until the popping slows to about 1 second between pops. Carefully open the bag and pour the popcorn into a medium bowl. Drizzle with the butter. Sprinkle with the seasoned salt. Toss until coated.
