Serves 8
1 chicken, cooked, boned
2 (10 oz) packages frozen chopped broccoli, thawed, drained
1 (8 oz) can sliced water chestnuts
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated Swiss cheese
1 (3 oz) can French fried onions
Layer chicken, broccoli and water chestnuts in baking dish. Combine soup and mayonnaise in bowl; mix well. Spread over layers. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 F for 35 minutes. Sprinkle with onions. Bake for 10 minutes longer.
