1 package scalloped potatoes
1 1/2 cup water
4 oz. package sliced pepperoni
16 oz. can tomatoes
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1 package shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Empty potatoes and seasoning mix in 2-quart casserole dish.
Heat tomatoes, water, and oregano to boiling. Stir into potatoes.
Add pepperoni on top. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 30-40 minutes.
