Serves 6

1 cup self rising cornmeal
1 cup sour cream
2 eggs
1/4 cup oil
1 cup canned cream style corn

Combine all ingredients in a bowl; mix well. Spoon into hot greased 9-inch skillet. Bake at 425 F until golden brown.
