Makes 1 1/2 cups
Complete in 5 minutes
3/4 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup sour cream
1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
1 Tbsp chopped parsley
1 small clove of garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
1 Tbsp chopped fresh chives
Place buttermilk, mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper in a food processor or blender. Whirl 1 minute or until dressing is creamy and smooth. Pour into a small bowl. Stir in chives. Cover and refrigerate up to 1 week.
