Spaghetti Sauce for Dummies!

Tomato, Garlic and Parmesan Spaghetti Sauce w/Meatballs - a basic and wonderful 3-ingredient sauce that accents each flavor to the utmost!

Ingredients:

2 46 oz cans tomato juice
2 large garlic cloves, minced
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
1-1/2 lbs uncooked meatballs* (your home made)

Directions:

Combine 1st three ingredients and bring to a simmer
Add meatballs
Simmer uncovered for 3-4 hours until sauce reaches desired thickness
Serve over hot cooked spaghetti

*May use precooked frozen meatballs but if using fresh homemade, meatballs should be browned in skillet or oven before adding to sauce to reduce fat content
