  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Mix the sauce well then bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

Let the Worcestershire sauce boil for 1 minute, then remove the pan from the heat. Let the sauce cool to room temperature, then transfer to a jar or other covered container and store in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
