1 tablespoon butter
2 cups thinly sliced sweet onions
1 (10 ounce) can French onion soup, UNDILUTED!
1 lb thinly sliced rare roast beef
4 onion rolls, split

1 In 12 inch skillet, melt butter; add onions and cook until tender.
2 Add soup; bring to a boil.
3 Add roast beef; remove from heat.
4 Divide beef and onions among 4 rolls.
5 Top each with a slice of cheese.
6 Place under broiler until cheese melts.
7 SERVE WITH EXTRA BROTH FOR DIPPIN'!
