Ingredients
1 lbs Venison Cubed
1 Tbs. Garlic Powder
1 Tbs Onion Powder
1 Pkg. Shore lunch fish breading
peanut oil or your choice for frying

Directions

1. Cube venison into 1 inch cubes.
2. Heat oil for frying.
3. Add shore lunch breading,onion powder and Garlic powder into bag or bowl
4. add venison cubes and coat evenly on both sides.
5. fry until golden brown
6. enjoy
