Coconut Dipping Sauce

serves 4-6 people

1 cup of coconut milk
2 cups of milk
3 teaspoons of all purpose flour
1 teaspoon of cinnamon or (more if you like)
2 teaspoons of yellow sugar
1/4 cup of toasted coconut flakes(more if you like)

Put coconut milk and milk in a pot on medium heat till it just starts to boil then add the flour in one teaspoon at a time until it starts to thicken slightly.

Once it's thick like a pudding(will be a little less thick than that) add the toasted coconuts and bring the temp down in between med and min.

Lastly, stir in the sugar and cinnamon and add more or less to taste.

And there you have it.

Great to use as dip or anything from fruits or my favorite coconut shrip :-)
