Ham and Scalloped Potatoes

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x13 baking dish.

Combine the flour and milk in a saucepan over medium heat and whisk until smooth. Cook, stirring constantly, until the sauce has thickened. Stir in the soup and grated cheese. Cook, stirring frequently, until the cheese has melted. Reduce the heat to low and keep warm.

Peel and thinly slice the potatoes. Thinly slice the onions.

Layer half of the potatoes and half of the onions in the baking dish. Season with half of the salt and pepper. Pour half of the cheese sauce over the potatoes. Evenly top with half of the cubed ham. Repeat the layers of potatoes and onions, salt and pepper, cheese sauce, and ham.

Place the baking dish in the oven and bake at 350 degrees F for 2 hours or until the potatoes are tender.
