Serves/Makes: 24
Ready in: < 30 minutes

  • 3 cups melted chocolate or white chocolate coating
  • 2 cups your choice of filling such as coconut, pecans, almonds, toffee, corn flakes, Rice Krispies or any other nuts, etc.

Line a cookie sheet with waxed paper or greased foil. Melt the chocolate as directed on package.

Combine the melted chocolate coating and your choice of filling ingredients in a bowl until well mixed. Work quickly as the chocolate will harden as it cools.

Spread the chocolate mixture onto the prepared cookie sheet. Let the bark cool and harden and then break into pieces.

You can also spoon the chocolate mixture into desired shapes instead of spreading it out and tint the chocolate as desired for holidays.

For Christmas you can make wreaths with green chocolate and corn flakes and for Easter you can make nests from yellow chocolate and coconut.
