Serves/Makes: 1 gallon
Ready in: 2-5 hrs

  • 1 package lime gelatin
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 bottle (2-liter size) 7-Up or ginger ale
  • 4 cups boiling water
  • 3 cups pineapple juice

Mix all ingredients together except 7-Up. Place in a container and freeze for 4-5 hours.

Remove from freezer when mixture is slushy. Fill glasses half full of slush. Fill remainder of glass with 7-Up.

This can also be used in punch bowl. Place all punch in a 12-inch serving bowl and add 7-Up.

2 tea bags 1 cup boiling water 1 cup sugar 3 1/2 cups water 1 (6 oz) can orange juice concentrate, thawed 1/2 cup bourbon 1/3 cup frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed, (1/2 of 6 oz can)




Pineapple-rum Slush

3 cups pineapple juice 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 5 large lemons) 3/4 cup golden or dark rum 3/4 cup water 1/2 cup sugar Combine all ingredients in a large plastic pitcher; cover
