Makes 12 servings.
1 c. granulated sugar
3 T. all-purpose flour
3 c. sliced fresh strawberries
3 c. diced rhubarb
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1 c. butter
1 c. rolled oats
Preheat oven to 375F.
In a medium bowl, mix sugar, 3 tablespoons flour, strawberries, and rhubarb; spoon into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Mix 1 1/2 cups flour, brown sugar, butter, and oats until crumbly; crumble on top of fruit in baking dish.
Bake at 375F for 45 minutes or until crisp and lightly browned.
