Makes 12 servings.

1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sour cream
1 T. lemon juice
1 T. minced fresh dill
1 tsp. prepared horseradish, drained
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
4 oz. smoked salmon, minced

Cream cheese in an electric mixer fitted with a paddle attachment until just smooth.
Add sour cream, lemon juice, dill, horseradish, salt, and pepper; mix well.
Add smoked salmon and mix well.
Chill and serve with crudites or crackers.
