Makes 4 servings.
4 large potatoes, baked
1 c. shredded Old Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. dry bread crumbs
Preheat oven broiler. Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Quarter potatoes lengthwise and place in baking dish.
Sprinkle grated cheese over potatoes.
Melt butter in skillet; add milk, Tabasco sauce, salt, Worcestershire sauce and bread crumbs.
Stir until bread crumbs are moistened and crumble mixture over potatoes.
Broil until cheese has melted and crumbs are browned.
