Makes 48 servings.

1 17-oz. sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
1/2 c. fully cooked bacon bits
1 c. cooked chicken breast, diced
1 9-oz. frozen spinach, thawed, squeezed to drain and thoroughly chopped
3/4 c. canned artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
2 medium cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup shredded Asiago cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

preheat oven to 375F.
Unfold puff pastry and roll out into a 12 x 16 inch rectangle.
Cut puff pastry into 48 2-inch squares; press 1 square in bottom and up side of each of 48 ungreased mini muffin cups.
In large bowl, mix bacon bits, chicken, spinach, artichoke hearts, garlic, mayonnaise, sour cream, Asiago and Parmesan cheese, until blended.
Spoon 1 tablespoon chicken filling in each pastry cup.
Bake at 375F for 12 to 20 minutes, or until edges are golden brown.
Immediately remove from pans to serving platter. Serve warm.
