Makes 6 to 8 servings.

2 lb. red potatoes, unpeeled, cooked and cooled
6 eggs, hard boiled
1 c. real bacon bits
4 green onions, chopped
2 stalks celery, diced
2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. white vinegar
salt and pepper
paprika

Coarsely chop potatoes, leaving skin on.
Chop 4 of the eggs; cut the remaining 2 eggs into wedges for garnish
In a large bowl, combine potatoes, eggs, bacon bits, onion and celery.
Stir in mayonnaise and vinegar; season with salt and pepper to taste.
Top with egg wedges and sprinkle with paprika.
Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
