Makes 40 servings.

1 egg, lightly beaten
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 c. quick-cooking oats
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef

Sauce:

1 c. ketchup
3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
In a bowl, combine egg, milk, oats, onion, salt, chili powder and pepper.
Crumble beef over mixture and mix well.
Shape into 1-inch balls; place in baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, at 350F for 18 to 20 minutes, or until meat is no longer pink.
Meanwhile, prepare Sauce. Combine ketchup, brown sugar, onion, Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder in a saucepan bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
Pour over meatballs. Bake at 350F for an additional 10 to 12 minutes.
