Makes 8 servings.

2 lb. lean ground beef
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. paprika
salt and pepper
8 hamburger buns
1 onion, minced
24 dill pickle slices
prepared mustard

Preheat oven broiler.
Saute ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until brown; drain fat.
Add chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco and paprika.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Reduce heat to low and simmer, uncovered, for 15 to 30 minutes, or until broth has evaporated.
Spoon meat onto buttered hamburger buns; top with chopped onion and shredded cheese. Place under broiler for 2 to 3 minutes.
Serve topped with dill pickle slices and mustard.
