Makes 8 cups.
1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. cocktail sauce
1 c. mild salsa
3/4 c. diced green onion
3/4 c. diced red pepper
3/4 c. diced green pepper
2 c. shredded Old Cheddar cheese
2 c. shredded lettuce
1 cucumber, thinly sliced
In large bowl of electric mixer, combine cream cheese, sour cream and mayonnaise; beat until thoroughly mixed.
Spread mixture evenly in bottom of a 2-quart serving dish.
In individual layers, top cream cheese mixture with cocktail sauce, salsa, green onion, red pepper, green pepper, shredded Cheddar cheese and shredded lettuce.
Arrange cucumber slices around the edge of the serving dish.
Chill in the refrigerator at least 2 hours before serving.
Serve with nacho chips, pretzels and crackers.
