Makes 36 servings.
18 jalapeno peppers
1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 c. diced cooked chicken
1/2 c. blue cheese salad dressing
1/2 c. buffalo wing sauce
Preheat oven to 325F.
Line a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with aluminum foil. Spray with cooking spray.
Cut peppers in half lengthwise, leaving stems intact; discard seeds.
In a small bowl, combine cream and Mozzarella cheese, chicken, salad dressing and hot sauce.
Pipe or stuff into pepper halves.
Place in baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 325F for 20 minutes for spicy flavor; 30 minutes for medium; 40 minutes for mild.
