1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup sesame seeds
4 medium onions, sliced
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp cracked pepper
2 clove garlic, minced
3 lbs boneless top sirloin

Combine oil and sesame seeds in a skillet. Cook over medium heat until sesame seeds are golden; remove from the heat and combine with next 7 ingredients in a resealable bag and add meat to marinade; refrigerate at least 5 hours. Remove steak from marinade, reserving the marinade, and grill steaks to desired doneness
