- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 cup water
- 3 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 can (10 ounce size) tomato soup
- 1 1/2 cup shredded cheese

Saute the onion in the oil in a skillet until tender. Add the ground beef. Cook until the ground beef is brown and crumbly, stirring frequently; drain. Stir in the water, chili powder and flour.
