***CRUST***

  • 1 stick butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

***FILLING***

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 container (9 ounce size) Cool Whip whipped topping

***TOPPING***

  • 2 packages instant pudding, any flavor
  • 3 cups milk
  • remaining whipped topping

Combine crust ingredients and spread in a 9\" x 13\" greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

While cooling, prepare filling. Combine cream cheese with powdered sugar and half the Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust.

Prepare filling by combining pudding mix with milk as package directs. Spread over filling and top with remaining whipped topping. Chill until serving time.
