- 12 hard-cooked eggs, chopped up
- 6 ribs celery, chopped
- 6 green onions, chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons horseradish, drained
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- salt and pepper, to taste
Mix mayo and horseradish together. Mix eggs, celery, onions, and bacon together. Gently fold in mayo mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
