  • 12 hard-cooked eggs, chopped up
  • 6 ribs celery, chopped
  • 6 green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons horseradish, drained
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Mix mayo and horseradish together. Mix eggs, celery, onions, and bacon together. Gently fold in mayo mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
