  • 4 cans (14.5 ounce size) chicken broth
  • 3 cups salsa
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 4 cups chopped, cooked chicken
  • 2 cups corn kernels
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup minced cilantro

Bring chicken broth, salsa and lime juice to a boil.

Add chicken, corn, rice and cilantro and heat through.
