- 3 cups salsa
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 4 cups chopped, cooked chicken
- 2 cups corn kernels
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1/2 cup minced cilantro
Bring chicken broth, salsa and lime juice to a boil. Add chicken, corn, rice and cilantro and heat through.
